No member of BOINZ is qualified to undertake pre-purchase property unless they are listed below.
The individuals listed below have undertaken the Institutes Accredited Building Surveyors programme ensuring they have passed our accreditation process.
Level 1 - Accreditation to carry out Residential Property Inspections in accordance with NZS 4306-2005 Residential Property Inspections
Level 2 - Accreditation to carry out specialist reports as listed in NZS 4306-2005, asbestos sampling, methamphetamine sampling, healthy homes surveys or other specialist reports
Level 3 - Accreditation to carry out building surveying work for any building type
Code Fit Team Talks is a series of facilitated online presentation/discussions on a range of building controls topics, running 8am to 10am once a month from February to November. Each Team Talk earns 1 CPD point.
Enrolment: Annual passes for organisations and individual BOINZ members are available for $1,755.00 ex GST by emailing training@boinz.org.nz. Subject to space availability, organisation passes can also be purchased at a pro-rated price up to an October start:
